To respect the time our brides and efforts of our staffs, the bridal consultation fee is non-refundable. Your $50 Service Fee is for 60 minutes of dedicated bridal guidance and your private Jade Bridal Experience. There's no pressure to purchase. If you do find your dress with us and make purchase the same day, we'll apply your $50 Service Fee toward your gown.
Cancellation Policy
- To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours advance. - Please note that for safety and liability reasons, we do not allow young child who's under age 16 without guardians at appointments. If you must bring any young kids to the appointment, please contact us and communicate with the store and we will see if we could assist with the situations.
