How It Works

  1. Browse our eligible online wedding dress collection.

  2. Select the dress you'd like to try.

  3. Pay the required loaner fee.

  4. Receive your dress and try it on at home.

  5. Return the loaner dress within the designated loan period or proceed with purchasing your gown.

Important Program Terms

 

  • The loaner fee is non-refundable.

  • Your loaner fee will be applied as a credit toward the purchase of that dress if you decide to buy it.

  • A valid credit card is required and must remain on file throughout the loan period.

  • Loaner dresses are provided for try-on purposes only and remain the property of Jade Bridal.

  • Dresses must be returned in their original condition, free from stains, odors, alterations, pet hair, makeup, or damage.

  • Additional charges may apply for damaged, altered, excessively soiled, or unreturned dresses.

  • Shipping fees may apply and are separate from the loaner fee.

  • Loaner dresses are subject to availability.
